Payment is required at time of reservation. Limited space is available, so we require seven or more days notice to reschedule or receive a refund. To reschedule between three and five days before a tour there will be a $20 per reservation processing fee. If canceling more than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a credit of the original reservation. If rescheduled within 48 hours notice an additional $25 processing fee per person will be charged. If cancelled within 48 hours notice there will be NO refunds or credits. NO SHOWS NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT.

If you arrive late your rental time can not be extended. The time you book is your time on the water. If rentals are returned late a one hour minimum per kayak will be charged.

Tours are scheduled specifically for tides and conditions, NO LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE ALLOWED TO JOIN TOUR. Please plan accordingly.
